XDR RULES

MagnaFuel XDR Presented by Brandon McBride Mac Tools is a heads-up class for all types of vehicles. Rear suspension may utilize ladder bar or four-links (no full tube chassis). Legal combinations include the use of nitrous oxide, supercharger, turbocharger and naturally aspiration at different weight breaks for parity. All entries must compete on a 12 inch-wide or smaller M/T Radial Tire (including the 3763X 315 Pro Radial at a 100lb weight add) or a 29.5×10.5 or smaller Slick

MAGNAFUEL XDR will run on a 1/8-mile format with an all-run field

BRACKET RACING AIDS:
The use of bracket racing aids such as optical sensors, delay boxes, stutter boxes, and throttle stops are not allowed.

FIREWALL:

The 62-67 Chevy II’s and 64 1/2-68 Mustangs and similar cars with bolt-on front K-members, must retain stock or aftermarket bolt-on front subframe. The subframe must be a bolt on (not welded, unless kit is OK by PSCA officials) to factory mounting location. Frame connectors or rear frame rails may pass firewall location, but not exceed where original front subframe mounts to the body. All late model Mustangs must retain factory front subframe from firewall forward. Stock or direct fit aftermarket K-members are permitted but must be bolted in factory location using factory bolt holes. Cross members on all front sub frames may be altered or removed for oil pan clearance.

FRONT SUSPENSION:
All cars must retain stock suspension, aftermarket tubular control arms, coil over kits, or OEM front strut retrofits are permitted. Replacement Bolt-on Lightweight K-Members are legal, but must be a direct bolt on, no welding modifications permitted. Stock wheelbase will be enforced on all vehicles. For those cars with the firewall moved back and your engine is more than 2′′ and Less than 4′′ from the center line of the number-one spark-plug hole to the center line of the front spindle, you will be penalized an additional 50lbs

CYLINDER HEADS:

During fuel check, a competitor must identify the brand of gasoline being used. The sample will be considered illegal if it does not match the baseline results (ex. color, dielectric reading +or-.2, and chemical tests) logged by PSCA.
